FALL HARVEST FEST IS A COMMUNITY EVENT

ARTISTS, CRAFTERS, FOOD, GAMES, HOBBYISTS

RENTERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOADING
AND UNLOADING OF ITEMS AND EQUIPMENT

FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

RENTERS WILL BE ALLOWED TO SETUP BOOTH SPACE
AT 7:00 A.M. ON SATURDAY MORNING, OCT. 20

THIS EVENT WILL START AT 9:00 A.M.
ALL BOOTHS MUST BE SETUP AT THIS TIME

BOOTH SPACE WILL BE 10 Ft. X 10 Ft.

ELECTRICITY WILL BE PROVIDED

TENTATIVE SCHEDULE OF EVENTS

9:00 a.m. Festival Begins

9:00-10:00 a.m. - Check In Apple Pie & Pumpkin Carving Entries

10:00 a.m. - Judging Of Apple Pie & Pumpkin Carving Entries

11:30 a.m. - Entertainment By The Blue Hills Select Ensemble

12:00 Noon - Registration For Chili Cook-Off

1:30-2:00 p.m. - Costume Registration Begins

2:00 p.m. - Parade Of Costumes

3:00 p.m. - Winners Announced For Costume Contest

Music Will Be Provided All Day

5:00 p.m. - Festival Closes
